All InnerBeauty orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand or restocking, slight delays may occur. If your order is affected, we will promptly notify you via email.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of ordering, but are not guaranteed.

Shipping to the United States

  • Standard and Express options available.

International Delivery

  • Available with Standard and Express options.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. For details, please consult your local customs office.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once your order has left our facility.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  1. Log in to your "My Account" dashboard.

  2. Go to "My Orders" to view your order history.

  3. Click on "View Details" and select "Track" for shipping updates.

  4. Once your package has been delivered, please confirm receipt.

RETURN POLICY

At InnerBeauty, we adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and integrity. Because our products are natural and intended for intimate well-being, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns on opened or used items.

No Refunds or Returns
Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

This policy guarantees the purity and safety of our products for each customer.

Damaged or Defective Products?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To make a claim:

  • Email Info@InnerBeauty.com with your invoice number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our customer service team will respond to you within 2 business days to resolve the issue.

Please retain the packaging, in case it is required for inspection by the delivery provider.
